Fashion - It doesn’t matter how old you are if you want to enjoy a healthy and happy life there are three simple secrets. And you know what? They are not secrets at all. People of all ages can keep themselves feeling healthy, physically fit and looking great throughout their whole lives.

How?

Secret Number 1 – Remember that whatever your eating habits are now then this is what you are paying for or enjoying. So, look at this logically and understand that eating simple and natural foods that are easily digestible will start you on the road to good health. That means fruits and vegetables at the top of the list. Sure it is OK to eat something that tastes good or eating something just for fun, but you need to do this only occasionally. Look at it this way and you will see that anything you do to excess is just playing around with your health

Secret Number 2 – Get yourself involved in some kind of fun and enjoyable regular activity this is exercise. This means that you don’t have to good to the gym 5 or 6 days a week. (Unless you want to and enjoy it) There are so many choices out there. Why not do some walking, jogging, hiking, swimming, dancing, cycling, skiing, climbing, aerobics or yoga? If you do at least one of these regularly your body will be in good shape and you will feel so much better mentally. After a while you will feel completely toned and energized and wonder how you ever got along without it.

Fashion Secret Number 3 – Just ask yourself if things in life either work good for you or just don’t work out at all. You may not even realize that if you have a negative approach to many things then a lot of things just don’t work for you. The reason for this is that most people just go through each day on auto pilot. Take a moment and get yourself to feel positive and think positive. How? Simple. Go back to a time in your mind right now where you had the best day or experience and relive that right now. Get into that positive state of mind and carry that with you at the start of everyday. You will find that everything becomes easier, more fun and you more things work out the way you want in your entire life and not only in your health and fitness
